Some test layouts for training management system - using placeholder data
The problem
The amount of paperwork involved when facilitating training is already overwhelming, however on top of that there is a huge amount of duplication involved.
As for examples: when monitoring the group progress, scores are entered into a spreadsheet, then when the group finishes training this is copied into a seperate word document to be sent over to managers. All collated data (scores, attendance, conduct, further training, DBS status) for each individual student, is re-inputted into a seperate handover form. This could be streamlined.
At the end of training, a certificate is created, for which a new PDF file is created, and names are manually input into each file - this is unnecessarily time consuming
Tasks
- Group Tracker - known here as cohort - tracking status of each individuals scores, attendance and conduct
- Student Folder - identity checks, evidence, photo, file notes
- Trainer handover - update the next trainer on status via email, which can be seen here when logged in
